Silver Tuesday Update

www.goldtrends.net Silver has now pushed above the 39 dollar area ---------- and is at the upper end of its trading range. A push above the upper trend line could bring in a blow off and push into the $41.50 area in silver. This upper resistance line is important --- but the upside can't be eliminated as the trend is still up. As long as silver is above 36.70-38.00 --- the trend is still up on the short term.

Louis, did you notice the comments from 'Blythe' on tfmetalsreport?

There's been a few like that - the words are chilling. As soon as my blasted computer is back online, I'll put up a collection of them, it's interesting - as was the 'do da' response from bbdgoco.

And then over at Harvey's house, someone gives Harvey a crackingly good data presentation idea, pretending to be FOFOA, but it wasn't actually him who wrote [link] ... something don't add up with that. Also why does Harvey not feel the impersonation was not important? To be honest it feels like the signature of the Wynter Benton Group.(btw, the suggestion Harvey referred to is not listed).

FOFOA's late of course, is brilliant. And the price of silver is nice too.Why didn't Amber stop by to take a bow anyway? They are well on their way (it would seem) to accomplishing their goals. Feeling good being long physical silve and gold at this point - nothing like a bit of wealth-effect to trigger a few endorphins. Amber, so what's happening down your end of town? I think that is your crew writing messages to Blythe at the Watchtower.

Just had another good re-read of the Wynter Benton Messages again, wanted to dig out their views on SLV, which I'm doing some study on @ the minute.

"Thus The Morgue has access to the SLV's stock of physical silver and we do not believe that it has anywhere close to the 337 million ounces it claims to have. Our best guess puts the physical somewhere north of 110 million ounces. It is this number plus the Comex number that we must contend with." -- (quote from wynter_benton 14-Feb-2011

Sounds about right. Amber, you might be intrested in Joshua Gibbons excelent work on SLV which suggests JPM had been raiding SLV for comex-friendly bars .. http://about.ag/SLV/comex.htm

There is a weekly summary of the bar list from SLV here http://about.ag/SLV/.

These guys (Citizen Bank?) do a good job. But I think they need to widen their search and do some cross-referencing. It would be the job of the SLV data people to ensure that the data set appears internally consistent.

Amber, in honour of you I renamed my gamer account to be called "Herstatts Ghost". That story was way cool.

Sorry Bill for hogging the comments on yours. These days I have my spot indicator switched off and use your chart posts to quickly see if we're where we should be with price. Does anyone else get the feeling that this is simply a controlled explosion for the price of Silver?
